Pretty day, mundane scene. In the eighties there was a building boom in Alaska, and many of the houses in the Mendenhall Valley in Juneau were built then, most somewhat small and simple, with plywood siding. These are far from 1920's craftsmen homes, but people make the best of them and still keep them up.
